Vegas weddings, Any input...

Recommended Posts

No no not me! A good friend of mine is looking at possibly getting married in vegas. The thought is instead of the chapel to get married in on of the hotel gardens.

Does anyone have any good recommendations of which hotel to look at? There are so many so she isnt sure where to even start.

My sister got married at Mandalay Bay and it was beautiful.

I would think the hotels would be spendy. I was just there for a wedding a couple weeks ago. They got married at the Ritz of Las Vegas. It's a separate stand alone building that has two large rooms plus a patio outside. All they do is weddings so you basically have the catering/photographer/dj and everything all lined up. It was VERY nice and very well organized. It's a couple miles off the strip though.

A friend of mine went to a wedding at Excalibur. They had them all dress up as Wizards and Princes and Knights. I'm very jealous.

Man all the hotels do a nice job, My favorite is Venetian. Cant go wrong in Vegas. Someting for everyone to do.

i got married in the venetian, although not in a chapel. they do weddings down in the river walk area, on a bridge over the water. it is in the "mall" area, so you're surrounded by shops and people but they do a good job of making it feel like an intimate affair. it really was beautiful. not too expensive, either. we had like 25 guests, and we held the reception in one of the restaurants in the hotel.
Oh Canada, merci pour la livraison!
