Chicken 'Oysters'

The one extra privilege that I get when carving the Roast Chicken is that I get to steal the 'Oysters' (small oval shaped muscle at the top of the leg) - They a sweet and juicy.. yum yum.

Anyway.... Does anyone know if you can get these separately from the shops? - Would probably be a right faff to do but just wondered if anyone has...

I've searched for a producer/wholesaler who would sell them separately but to no avail,
it's to labour intensive,

The Oyster an crispy feet are the best part of the chicken.

I've had 'em a time or two (being a southerner in the states - if you can roll it in flour and deep fry it - we'll eat it) some are ok...some are WEIRD! depends on the animal they came from...
better than blood pudding or blood sausage though!
