19 Skydivers spelling out the word "Honda" in a live advert on Channel 4 (UK), tomorrow night at 8:10pm. For the first live advert in many years in the UK they really have picked quite a challenging topic - Will they pull it off? I assume so but oit should be fun to watch and great for the profile of the sport...

"They will have three minutes and ten seconds to spell out a Honda message to viewers before pulling their parachute cords."

I assume they mean the Ad slot is 3:10. Hopefully this means the climbout, exit count, breakoff, deployment etc. will be broadcast live as well as the freefall part of the skydive.

And Chris - the Ad's going to be on thursday. Today is wednesday:P

It sounds related (its still Honda after all), but its doesnt sound like the same thing. If I read the OP's news bit correctly, its a live jump in Empuria. The Difficult Is Worth Doing jumps were done last month, werent they?

It's definitely part of the same ad campaign - the ads for the live ad have been run with the difficult is worth doing tagline just the same as the teasers that were shot in Perris.
