People that really can't function. They map out their brains with MRI and compare it to "normal" brains. Then they install a device that fires electrical impulses to mimic normal brains. It corrects the disorder and the patients are able to lead normal lives. How's that? Good enough for you? Learn to be happy. You can't be there for anybody else in life if you can't learn to be there for yourself.
