RALFFERS 0 #1 June 7, 2008 I don't know how this works, but it seems that if I take around 2 days off in the gym & then check my progression (arch) it's a lot better than, say, if I worked out every single day. I just checked it now, & MY GOD - I'm really just seeing continued improvement! Although, I feel guilty about taking 1 or 2 days off because I feel like I'm wasting/losing time (& I don't have much of it left. Really though - I feel the stretch & see myself lifting off the ground nicely. The 1 thing that concerns me a bit (that I honestly didn't think would be an issue) is that, when in an arched position my arms, of all things tighten up a bit; moreso when I reach for where the BOC would be Granted, I am putting significant strain on my body, but should I worry about this?
