JohnRich 4 #1 June 18, 2008 I found a disposable camera on the side of the road, here in Houston. Inside was a roll of 35 mm film. I had the film developed, and a few of the photos are attached. The quality is grainy and poor, maybe due to laying out in the hot sun for an unknown period of time. There are no identifying marks on the camera, nor on the images, to allow these photos to be returned to the owner. The only clue is what looks like a "Studio C" sign in a bar where a birthday party is being held. But there is no such bar listed in the phone book in Houston. It's a curious glimpse of someone's life, and I have no idea who... If you know these people, let me know - I have their photos.
AggieDave 6 #2 June 18, 2008 That's because its a Mr. Gatti's and Studio C is a theme room for parties. Its a kid's pizza place like Chucky Cheese's and such. Games, pizza buffet, play ground equipment.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

cloudseeker2001 0 #4 June 18, 2008 I left a disposable camera at the confluence of Buckskin Gulch and Paria Canyon back in Septmeber. I wonder what website I should look at to see my pics! flyangel2 2 #8 June 18, 2008 Right on Dave. I'll bet that John thought it was some kind of "hit" party and he had found some undercover mafia May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. ltdiver 3 #9 June 19, 2008 QuoteHey John, You might try this site: http://ifoundyourcamera.blogspot.com/ They actually do have some success stories. S Recently our news broadcast a story about this site. Their recommendation was to ALWAYS take a picture of your business card, that way if the camera gets lost they can view your contact info and track you down. Kind of like a luggage tag for your suitcase. ltdiver edit to add: Ever hear about The Found Bin? You can log in and see what's been found and if your lost (whatever) is there. Nice idea! I hear airports have something like this set up as well... Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Games, pizza buffet, play ground equipment. You seem to be very familiar with this kiddie place. Hmmm. I would've expected you to be more familiar with Texas donut shops. That's interesting info, but I'm afraid it doesn't help me narrow down who these folks might be. Gatti's has a lot of locations, and a lot of customers... Quote cloudseeker2001: I left a disposable camera at the confluence of Buckskin Gulch and Paria Canyon back in Septmeber. I wonder what website I should look at to see my pics! Bigfoot's. I do that kind of dumb thing now and then on hikes, with a camera, my walking stick, a canteen, you name it. Somehow I get distracted after a rest stop, and then set off again and forget that I had laid something down, only to remember a mile later. It's a bitch having to retrace your steps to retrieve it, especially if it's uphill. Quote jpm2liv: You might try this site: http://ifoundyourcamera.blogspot.com/ Wow, I didn't know that such a thing existed. I'll give it a shot, but I would think that the odds are long. Quote flyangel2: Right on Dave. I'll bet that John thought it was some kind of "hit" party and he had found some undercover mafia Shouldn't you be out in the woods? Actually, I was thinking that guy looks a lot like the illegal Mexican that hit my new car last month. Quote ltdiver: Recently our news broadcast a story about this site. I also put a name tag sticker on the outside of the camera. Thanks for the tips and fun, everyone.
