iluvtofly 0 #1 July 8, 2008 So I've been awake for 29 hours now...still got another 4 hours till I get off work. Starting to enter that silly phase of tiredness. I just asked my boss how much trouble I'd get in if I said, "Negative ghost rider the pattern is full" to a crew on the radio. He just kinda shook his head and laughed. So this post is kinda pointless just kinda doing it for something to do and keep me entertained. Go figure in the middle of typing this I got an emergency call. WOOHOO, something to do. poe62 0 #4 July 8, 2008 I did that once or twice in college...I started seeing things at 48 hours. At 72, I was so tired I forgot to take off my socks to take a shower. I didn't notice until I went to soap up and wash my feet.~Nikki http://www.facebook.com/poe62 Irgity Dirgity
iluvtofly 0 #5 July 8, 2008 This is work enduced. I worked the 7am to 3pm shift yesterday. Then just as I was getting in bed at 10pm I got a call that the girl who was supposed to work 11pm to 7am last night called off so they needed me to come in. And me being the overtime whore that I am said yes knowing it meant I'd be working until 3pm today on no sleep since 6am yesterday. But it's no biggie. I'm not going completely insane yet. flyinchicken 0 #9 July 8, 2008 I've been known to stay awake for a week at a time, not purposely, just stress induced. It's not fun. Enjoy a good 18 hour snooze when you get home! "Diligent observation leads to pure abstraction". Lari Pittman
