Olive and feta cheese stuffed ravioli served with a roasted red pepper and tomato sauce. Baked portabella mushrooms marinated in a garlic/lime/basil sauce. My mouth waters at the mere thought of it! Because over the last 6 months I have lost 20 lbs! Not only that but I feel good! But what do I eat on the weekends? Anything I want yo! I like to eat.... Trust me. I think I put too much olive oil on them this time. But everything else turned out good, especially the chicken...
