Had the honor yesterday, of making a couple with Ole Grady, who started jumping in 1962, went up to his C license then took a 38 year lay-off...he's back with a vengeance.

He couldn't wait to finish recurrency training so he could again jump his 'Airborne' motorcycle helmet that's been beckoning him back out, for decades...the skid-lid comes complete with downwind Paracommander scratches


That's one of the things I really love about this sport, ya meet the neatest people!
I asked about laying off so long and coming back...he said something about the flame may not be eternal, but the spark is always there.


Good on you Grady, lookin' forward to more air time with the "O.G." !
