Hazarrd 1 #1 January 8, 2006 Just got my V3 Micron and everything about it is real nice. However, its a bit uncomfortable right under the shoulder area where the hard housing for the cutaway cables are. Does this go away after I use it for a bit and it breaks in? Also, the Cypres takes quite a bit of effort to get to. I find it hard to believe that theres no other way to set it up. .-.
johnny1488 1 #2 January 8, 2006 Thats the way Bill Booth wants it so you have to look at your reserve pin before you start jumping. And I don't own a Vector but most rigs loosen up after some jumps. pilotdave 0 #3 January 8, 2006 Yes, it'll be a lot more comfortable as it wears in. Mine was the same way when I first got it. After probably no more than 50 jumps it was nice and comfortable. The cypres also gets a lot easier to reach when the flaps and everything wear in and you just get the technique down. Dave

bliston 0 #6 January 8, 2006 Yup, it'll feel great after it breaks in a bit. I've had a couple new ones now, and I'd say even after the first 10-15 jumps you'll notice a big difference in comfort. Keep an eye out for "Vector-ways" at Pepperell this spring! BenMass Defiance 4-wayFS website sticks!
