Questions about a Viso

I need a favor from someone who owns a Viso. I sold mine on ebay and the person I sold it to is saying it is damaged. The pictures he sent me were of a small hole in the top (opposite side of the wristband) of the altimeter. While I don't ever remember seeing this before, it actually looks like it was designed with said hole. It just doesn't look damaged at all, no cracks, jagged edges, etc.

If someone who has this altimeter could please look at the top of theirs and tell me if there is a small hole with silicon in the top. Thanks in advance.

edit to add: if it in fact does have this hole, could someone post a quick picture of the hole in theirs? I'd greatly appreciate it, as I'd imagine he won't just take my word for it. Thanks.

Whats happenin! I don't have my Viso with me but if it is in fact damaged then have them send it back to L&B. They have great customer service and will fix the thing for free.

I have one at home... there are two small holes on one side my viso.

One of them has a plug in it (the opening is used on my optima for the external led indicator) I believe adjecent to that is a small hole that is used to reset the device (with a paperclip or something)

I'm not at home right now but when I get there I can take a picture of mine and send it to you...

I would appreciate that. Maybe something popped out during shipping. I had insurance on it, but hopefully it is supposed to be there. I shipped it to Poland, and will never ship internationally again. We are having a really hard time communicating back and forth. I would appreciate the pictures. Thanks Scott.
