Twoply 0 #1 August 3, 2008 Does anyone have a good, solid link to some website that has detailed information on foreclosed houses? I'm in the market to buy, and realtors aren't much help. Thanks!
vskydiver 0 #2 August 3, 2008 John and I have bought foreclosure before. I sent you a PM on it. We're now in the process of selling our place. It turned out really nice.
Gawain 0 #3 August 3, 2008 Foreclosure notices I think are usually handled differently county by county/state by state. I read this interesting article here: http://www.realestatejournal.com/indinvestor/20050203-lucier.htmlSo I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light! jtval 0 #5 August 3, 2008 I found mine by going on the county assessor site. They have a list of (almost) current status of ownership. You can also use the website to find public record of the previous owners sales in the event you buy one that is currently owned by private owner. Here's an example. Scroll to one that is owned by a corp and you'll find the info. etc. That is one way that I know of. You can also hire a realtor if you wanna give some one 3-5%.My photos My Videos
