Looking to buy a foreclosed house, I need help locating them

Recommended Posts

Foreclosure notices I think are usually handled differently county by county/state by state.

I read this interesting article here:

So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh
Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright
'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life
Make light!

John and I have bought foreclosure before. I sent you a PM on it. We're now in the process of selling our place. It turned out really nice.

You invite me to visit then you SELL the place...Friggin NICE that is:ph34r::ph34r::ph34r:
You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky)

I found mine by going on the county assessor site.
They have a list of (almost) current status of ownership.

You can also use the website to find public record of the previous owners sales in the event you buy one that is currently owned by private owner.

Here's an example.

Scroll to one that is owned by a corp and you'll find the info.
etc.

That is one way that I know of. You can also hire a realtor if you wanna give some one 3-5%.
