dynamicedge 0 #28 August 4, 2008 I'm not exactly one to sweep the ladies off their feet so finding a willing participant without constituting rape would be somewhat of a difficult task. Otherwise it would be easy, for 50-60 sec. during free fall is more than enough time for me to get the job done and have time for a smoke. Cranking it under canopy is much more fessible. Peej 0 #33 August 4, 2008 Dunno 'bout being a skydiver, but reactions like i had from my last tandem passenger on Saturday (and the load of first jump SL students) make me chuffed to be a camera dude. People re-act in different ways to tandems, some are speechless, others are stoked - this little lady jumped up after the landing, screamed "WOW!" at the top of her lungs and proceeded to babble on about how it was "the best fucken thing she's ever done" - thank you Odette. The four static liners i filmed actually made my day too. I hate to admit this but i was moaning that i was asked to go up and film four static liners on their first jump course in return for having my slot paid. Another camera friend of mine made a crack about it being time "to give something back to the sport" and it made sense. I stopped moaning, went up there with them and edited them all a kickass DVD after, sometimes we need to remember how lucky we are.
