But mine is JJJUMP , TX, OK, MO, and soon FL are the states i have it in (still have old plates) My fathe had USPA IE since 1972 and now my mother has it. They are expired, but i still have them, and thus could re-instate them. I'm positive WI wouldn't issue them now if they were available (G*d D*mn F*cking PC B*llsh*t). The people that originally trained me at Wolf River Skydivers in Shiocton WI have an amazing assortment of plates. In fact, Kim N Cap have cool simple ones. There are too many white-collar guys that go out and spend a few grand on leathers, stickers, t-shirts, and pretty much every thing else with the HD logo and try to play "bad-ass biker" on the weekends.
