Taylor610 0 #30 August 13, 2008 Generously cover with "Greek Seasoning". Sear each side to personal taste (a little extra virgin olive oil works great in the pan), but a nice brown color is really good. Drizzle with some zesty italian dressing and soy sauce, serve! St. Michelle's Dr. Loosen Eroica should fit nicely into that range of off-dry to off-sweet, around 1.5% residual sugar, and it's readily available in the northwest...our local Costco usually has it for around $20. The mango sounds like a good topping, but not if there are flavors in it dramatically overpowering the flavor of the fruit. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" skymama 37 #37 August 13, 2008 Quote Skymama could suggest a good wine. Are you saying I'm a wino? Actually, my daughter called me that last week. Fresh Spinach Wild Rice: Ingredients 1 (10-ounce) bag fresh spinach 1 tablespoon butter 2 (8.8-ounce) pouches pre-cooked long and wild grain rice 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese (optional) Steps 1. Place spinach and butter in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. 2. Stir in rice and microwave 4 more minutes. 3. Let stand 2 minutes, fluff with fork, and then sprinkle with cheese. Serve. For the rice, use those Uncle Ben's pouches that cook in 90 seconds. This is my family's favorite way to have rice, it is so yummy. I got this off the Publix website. They have a bunch of quick-cooking meals on there and all the ones I have tried are really good. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

Peej 0 #48 August 14, 2008 As an alrenative to rice you can also make mash potato and stir some basil pesto into it. It's awesome. Alternatively, ditch the basil pesto and chop up some coriander super fine and stir that into your mash, yum. Serve the mash and your tuna with some roasted veggies - mini corgettes, peppers, butternut, carrots. Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky

caress 0 #50 August 14, 2008 BBQ'D asparagas Carmelize fresh garlic minced and onion together in a little frying pan. Blanch asparagas (boil in water for about 10 seconds) bathe in the carmelized garlic & onion and put in a swath of tin foil. seal and put it on the bbq for about 8-10 minutes pull and open tin foil and top asparagas with Gargonzola cheese and eat hot. I like to steam veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, sweet peas in the pod, water chestnuts, carrots, peppers, squash, etc) in chicken broth and sesame oil (just a couple drops) and eat that with a little soy sauce I would also make a fresh fruit salad with grapes, strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, apples and manderin oranges to go on the side with that.Just a suggestion.-caress I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right.
