Of the ones listed, I picked Corn Flakes, because they're great plain, you can use 'em to making fried foods "breaded," and when you have 'em for breakfast, you can make 'em as sweet or not sweet as you want!

The thing about Lucky Charms is that while its a pretty good cereal, I generally tend to eat all of the marshmallows first leaving behind only the crunchy cereal which looks to me like dry cat food so I end up eating only the marshmallows.
