fmmobley 0 #1 December 19, 2005 The reserve flap on my Dolphin container needed to be made more freefly friendly. I called the manufacturer (Altico) and found myself speaking to Mike Fury himself. He couldn't have been more helpful. There was an upgrade available that he provided for free that totally solved my problem.... Marion

selbbub78 0 #4 December 20, 2005 Mike is AWESOME! Plus he's really quick about getting your rig back to you if you send it to him. Such an awesome guy! sdctlc 0 #5 December 20, 2005 It would be nice if they got their page back up and running. It has been on the front page with a note that it is "Under Construction" for awhile now.. http://www.altico.com What was the upgrade to the flap? Tuck Tabs on each side?? Have any pics? Thanks, Scott C."He who Hesitates Shall Inherit the Earth!"

fmmobley 0 #7 December 20, 2005 The container was manufactured in July of this year. That model already had tuck tabs on each side. However, the bottom of the flap was exposed and when sitflying the air blew the flap loose from the bottom. The upgrade consisted of adding an additional tuck tab for the bottom of the flap. It holds it very securely now and only took about 20 minutes for a rigger to install.... Marion
chutingstar 1 #8 December 29, 2005 Altico has made a design change and this extra bottom tuck flap is now standard on all new Dolphins. The new Dolphin reserve pin cover flap now has no velcro and three tuck flaps (two side and bottom). For those of you that have the velcroless pin cover flap with only the side tuck flaps, we have the bottom tuck tabs in stock here and have done the work on a couple of Dolphins already (including fmmobley's). I need to do a Chutingstar Rant and Rave over the next few weeks to show a sample of the added tuck tab. Anyway...just fyi...
