PCs manufacture date?

Can anyone tell me how to find the manufacture date on a PC # 664641?

It would be on the data panel with the S/N # ect.
However I have found that most PC's those numbers are hard to read if you can even find them anymore.
Most of the really nice well cared for canopies will read as brand new, those are the ones to find if you can.
You will find a lot of faded ones around.

Thanks for the reply! I can see the serial #664641 on it but I still don't know the date it was made. I looked for any AD notes on this canopy series and found none. I need a old time PC rigger to inspect it and make some miner burn repairs. Know any? Wayne

The first two numbers in the serial number is the year of manufacture. So the one you have was made in 1966.
