freekflyguy 0 #1 September 9, 2008 Hi guys H4H is a British Charity set up to help wounded British Service personel. This is a fantastic charity and has helped a number of my friends. I will be competing in the London trathlon on 1st Aug 09 and will be raising money for H4H along the way. I appreciate that it is a British charity but would like to ask you to make a donation to help this great cause. http://www.justgiving.com/alexbusby I served in the Royal Artillery for 22 years, leaving the Army in July 06 having served in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and finally as a parachute instructor in Germany (it wasn't all bad). I am a BPA Tandem Inst and Adv Inst and have taken more than my fair share of tandems students raising money for charity, and figured it was time I did something myself. It isn't going to be a walk in the park for me, as in Janurary I had larded out to 260lb and was pretty unfit. My goal is to complete the sprint even of 750m swim - 20km bike - 5km run in under 1:40. So come peeps, dig deep and help me out. http://www.justgiving.com/alexbusby Great Karma smug feelings await those that do :-) A post of me in speedo's awaits those that don't It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
