How bad do you have to be

Recommended Posts

WOW. The only way this could have been worse is if Bulgaria literally didn't show up. No matter how bad they are, this is a fine example of extremely poor sportsmanship. Slovakia should be shamed of themselves (Bulgaria too). There is an unofficial mercy rule in sports. Back in my playing days, once we were spanking a team 12 or 13-0 we would stop scoring and just work on our passing and keep away skills. If we did happen to rack up a couple more goals, we certainly would not celebrate those goals.

There is also an unwritten rule that by the end of the first period, when the score was 20 or 30 to nothing, Bulgaria would have received a few game misconducts and Slovakia's players would be missing more teeth than the attendees of a convention of the National Snuff Dipping Association.

haha ya i'll have to agree with that. I know I would probably be on the bench sharpening the end of my stick and loading my 9mm for my next shift.

Never did get that sport anyway....they put knives on their feet and clubs in their hands and call it a 'GAME'! :S;)

It ain't a sport if you can't get accidentally slashed across the neck by a skate, or teeth knocked out by the stick. :P
