I was all for her going (she's there on business) but miss her terribly.

Can you write her? Can you send care packages? If so, I'd get those lined up and sent on a regular basis. Make sure the packages are sent with lots of sweet messages that she can carry with her daily :)

Sounds like you need to get your ass to the dz to visit me. I'll cheer ya up. Of course Ginny might be jealous if you get to jump and she doesn't...but deal with that when she comes home.

so how much trouble can you get into and out of in 5 weeks?

use the time wisely:
1) jump
2) don't worry about cleaning - schedule a maid service the day before the return
3) jump some more
4) have some friends over for a party
5) plan a surprise so she'll know you were thinking about her - organize/rearrange the closet, wives love that
6) buy a big screen that she will just love - don't worry you've got the money, after all she is getting travel pay and all expenses covered right?

1) Been thinking about but it would cost too much $$ I don't have. USPA membership, my cypres needs it's 8 year check I think, it never even had it's 4 year check because I stopped jumping, reserve repack/inspection of my rig that's been in my closet and jump tickets.

5) Good idea that I'll think about but I stay out of her closet, we have our own and I don't wanna know what lurks in her's.

6) Heck yeah We have a 61" so maybe upgrade to a 1080p projector. Might as well get some theatre seating while I'm at it. Bigger subwoofer too.
