ryan_d_sucks 0 #1 October 5, 2008 I found this article today while searching for stuff for an assignment. The article compares emergency airway management with skydiving... I wonder if the author, Dr. Levitan is a jumper. Anyone know him? It seems kind of random/unnecessary to compare rapid sequence intubation with skydiving, unless you are a jumper... kbordson 8 #2 October 5, 2008 Interesting. Thank you for posting it - I don't often search the Annals of Emergency Medicine. I followed his logic, but I can see what you mean about it being an odd analogy if you're not a skydiver

futuredivot 0 #4 October 6, 2008 Interesting, but I think the author gives a lot of us more credit than we deserve on some of those. You are only as strong as the prey you devour
