JohnRich 4 #4 October 6, 2008 Texas State Aquarium. Rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle and tour 60 miles of pure undeveloped beach on the Padre Island National Seashore. Drive down to Brownsville, and drive on the beach there to where the Rio Grande River empties into the Gulf of Mexico. Stare across the river into Mexico. Good seashells. Brains 2 #6 October 6, 2008 Go offshore fishing out of Pt. Aransas, go to the TX state aquarium, Eat some great seafood at the docks in Pt. Aransas, run on the beach. I will let the naval air station know you are coming so they can send out extra patrols. If you don't want to drive over to the island, i can't help. I don't know that many places in Corpus Christie, i usually just go through there on my way to Pt. Aransas.
