I glanced at the wikipedia page for root beer and it suggested that there are alcoholic versions of root beer... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root_beer I'd be interested in any tasty alcoholic versions as well... lauraliscious 0 #12 October 7, 2008 Lang Creek Brewery makes an especially good root beer, in addition to their Skydiver Blonde ale. You'll probably have to make the trip to Lost Prairie next year though, if you want to get any...not sure it's available outside of that area in Montana, and definitely not available east of the Mississippi. caress 0 #17 October 7, 2008 Sparky's Root Beer. Best I have ever had. Wanna know where to get that? Well the only place I know is at a fish and chips stand at the lock park in Ballard, Washington. Head north out of Seattle on the 5, get off at 45th Ave after crossing the bridge over lake Washington, go west to the end. Ballard Lock Park. I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right.

ltdiver 3 #23 October 8, 2008 Quote Quote IBC IBC is the best! I was married to a 'root beer snob' way back when. He loved IBC. Thought it was the best. Then I discovered Henry's and found that IBC was really way too syrupy and sweet. Both have gone by the wayside these days. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
