Everburst 0 #51 October 14, 2008 This weekend was absolutely incredible. The weather was great and I did my first non tandem jumps. I jumped three times a day and finished the AFF progression and did my first two solo's this afternoon. I don't think this weekend could have been better. wildcard451 0 #52 October 14, 2008 0 : 10 : 0 5 AFFs, including having a student fall down in the door...always a fun experience. 5 Fun jumps, some FF, some tracking, and finally really bringing a 270 down to earth and loving it. Great weekend.

CongratsSome people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie. Icon134 0 #54 October 14, 2008 Quote Quote I am curious what sort of exit technique the jumper in "12Oct2008-1.jpg" is demonstrating Well, to me it's obvious what happened. Jessica tripped him. I see her diving out after him, looking all innocent. But I know the truth... The "tripped" jumper is a she... but you may not be wrong about jessica tripping her... Baksteen 84 #57 October 15, 2008 Quote I got stuck at 199 jumps total. Went back yesterday and nailed that 200th after all. Baksteen 84 #59 October 15, 2008 Of course! As long as we can make it to the DZ before sunset, the jumping can continue. That's one of the advantages of a 182. The fact that the cabin is heated is another. lauraliscious 0 #60 October 15, 2008 :2:Lots of was owed this weekend in East Tennessee, as Tennessee's newest DZ (Hillbilly Skydiving) was officially opened for business for the time! They are operating out of Greeneville (TN) airport for now, but are going to open at a brand new, private strip location next spring. So we did 12 loads out of 2 182's on Sunday, could have done more but we were on a wind hold for a while....I lurked a tandem and shot video, but the camera was zoomed in (good thing it wasn't a paying customer!) and did a beautiful sunset H&P.
