I agree and "they" say that naps shouldn't be longer than 20 minutes max. It's weird, I can fall asleep in minutes in the afternoon for a quick nap, but send me to sleep at night, and it takes me forever to fall asleep if I don't have a sleep aid and even then I'm lucky to get 6 hours. I've been up since 4:30 am today. Try to do life without caffeine. Period. Your mind will relax. Some people cannot do any caffeine. You may be one of those people. I always tell my patients who have anxiety problems or sleep problems, to eliminate caffeine completely from their diet. I know when they have listened to me. They thank me.
