Cari 0 #1 October 22, 2008 Is awesome. Needless to say, it came out just in time for the cold weather. Now I can actually have something to do while hibernating in my house all winter.

Cari 0 #3 October 22, 2008 I haven't tried it yet. I was just messing with it a little this morning, but have too much to do to get too involved. If i started with that, I'd end up playing all day long. I'll let you know though.

downwardspiral 0 #6 October 22, 2008 QuoteHow is the online play? I'm only into it a couple hours but here is my initial impression. Online is two player coop. You can join your friends game to help them out but you must play as a henchman. Your stats, xp, and gold come with you but items and avatar do not. Unfortunately exp and gold is split between main player and 2nd player. Also the henchmen is essentially tethered to the main player and only has a range of 3/4s of the screen. Pretty lame for 2008. I could be very wrong about this but it seems there are only 8 spells. None of which boost your player's abilities. There isn't a mana system so spells are unlimited however to you have to boost power of the spell by holding the button longer prior to actually casting the spell which leaves your player vulnerable. As primarily a magic user in RPGs I find this to be highly disappointing but again I could be wrong. The graphics are great on a LCD tv and voice acting is fine. Gameplay largely emphasizes social relationships with the ability to perform tricks to gain favor with NPCs. Can't aford that sword? Do some muscle flexes, dance, or fart to gain favor with the merchant and possibly make the sword more affordable. Careful when farting as you can possibly crap your pants. Seriously. You also have the ability to get married, have a kid, and catch an std. Thankfully the gamemakers included a pack of condoms which you can buy at the general store. Overall I'm not disapointed and am happy I purchased it. Fallout 3 next week!www.FourWheelerHB.com

It's too bad I'm not a big fan of GoW. I prefer tactical first person shooters like the Call of Duty series over Halo and GoW style of shooters. Also I forgot to mention you can see people on your friend's list as orbs within in your game if they are in the same area. This allows people to transfer items and gold to one another. While I'm currently poor and have no items to give away send me a friend request if you like. downwardspiral 0 #14 October 24, 2008 Buy as many businesses and properties as possible. You earn gold every 5 minutes for each one. Even when your Xbox is turned off because it's based on the machine's internal clock. There is a glitch where you can advance the clock a few years, load the game, and be filthy rich but be careful if you are playing a goodly character. The game developers included some glitches on purpose and utilizing them can effect your character's personality in a negative way.www.FourWheelerHB.com
