warpedskydiver 0 #1 October 24, 2008 Burgers 1/3lb. made of Murray Gray angus dry aged 21 days before cutting. Home made Pimento cheese made stuffed inside the burgers made with Neufchatel and sharp white cheddar blended with pimento and fire roasted red pepper from my garden. The Peppers are still doing well even at these temperatures! Sourdough rolls for the burgers. Salad with a raspberry vinaigrette with balsamic and home made croutons. Maura, do you want me to save you some cayenne's (dry or fresh)and some vinegar pepperoncini? When are you going to haul his apeness to my house for dinner? Why thank you very much. I was kicking around the idea of making a trip to SDC sometime this winter.
