Verizon has a plan that compared to what we had so we went today and got new phones and got the fuck away from Nextel. They actually have dead spots on I-75 between Macon and Atlanta. After checking to see the status of my account all she asked is "is there anything else I can help you with?". No question as to why I was dissatisfied with the service or is there any way they could get my business back. I guess there are enough people leaving that they don't have to ask anymore.
