MissyEm 0 #2 October 10, 2008 Thanks Jason, I have previously requested this, but nobody seems to want to reply to me. I am Paul Ikin's niece - I am guessing there is quite a bit of information re friends, pictures and family. If you can help the family would be very grateful. Nightingale 0 #4 October 10, 2008 Wow... I'm going on record now and saying if I die, do NOT give my family access to my DZ.com account. Private messages are just that. Private.

normiss 867 #8 October 10, 2008 Personally, I would hope access is not given upon such a request. There IS established case law on this issue. It should take a court order as the content of this site isn't "ours" to give away. Law I work for a nationwide ISP, we require a court order for ANYONE other than the registered user/owner to obtain access.

MissyEm 0 #10 October 11, 2008 I understand what most of you are saying, the family mainly want any information regarding friends that don't know what has happened to him and any pictures that are on there. As he was in SA for 26 years and we live in the UK it would be nice to have something, and through the few very good friends that he had his sister knows exactly what he was like and the sort of things he said.
