What do you do or have you done?? ...I just got an email from a Michigan friend that moved to AZ... and is doing cool things with wingsuit jumps. arg. I didn't jump AT ALL this year... and NOW that Michingan winter is looming large and cold with snow... I am jonesing for jumping! Good grief. Go figure. I wish there WAS a DZ... a big one would be wonderful... close to me... Almost all the people I started my "A" with are gone, and DZs change all the time... don't they? But when they do, it feels like you've lost your friends, the vibe changes, ya know? But it is so hard to go to DZs all by myself, and needing to start all over... But still...! AAAAARRRG! What's a lone jumper to do. Just do it Like the Nike ad sez, I guess. There's an L.O. at my DZ who makes a point to grab up the lowtimers and those visiting from other places. There should be more people like him. I am always trying to drag out the low jumpers out on jumps (well except I was injured this season) so doc took them instead. Just go make yourself known. As for the winter months, I feel your pain....so we fly south a couple of times over the winter. It doesn't fix the problem but makes it less painful.
