RALFFERS 0 #1 November 8, 2008 It's now been 2 weeks since I've been over my month long bout with pneumonia - & thus, 2 weeks that I've been back in the gym exercising on a regular basis. In that 2 weeks I've gained 2 lbs (I'm up to 120.) "Only" 20 libs to go & I'm a happy camper. I drink a highly protein almost daily - it's not for putting on weight per say, but it does help put on muscle faster, among other things. I also throw in a bunch of strawberries, bananas & a dash of peanut butter (to tweak the taste.) Seems to be working.
