RALFFERS 0 #1 November 8, 2008 I just bought 1 of these, and used it for the 1st time for my full workout today. I really like and indeed am having fun with this thing, but there us 1 thing that's confusing me... When I was in the middle of my workout, it was displaying a heart rate of 49-51, while at rest - and 77-80 when being active (in this case lifting weights.) However, when I went back later and checked the history, under daily - it says my average heart rate was 128, and max was 134. ? Also, does anyone no how to set this thing p in detail? I got all the basic info in, but want to know how to take full advantage of the various programs and whatnot. mrwrong 0 #2 November 8, 2008 Well the first set of value was probably % of max HR (220 - AGE). And the second set of values was the actual pulse. Just a guess but to me it seems resonable.... “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! eeneR 3 #3 November 10, 2008 it is displaying the heart rate percentages. I have a Polar f11. I found most of my info to config the thing online if I didnt find it in the menus. There are forums on polars web page with info specific to the model number. If you have an F11 let me know I can try and help, otherwise that site is your best source of info. She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto
