Could you remind me who decides the exchange rate ... and what is the validity of it ? Practically nothing changed in the last 12 months... (other than the affinity to greed from some of the biggest assholes in the world).... I welcome the day when a hand-shake is worth a hand-shake and a friendship trumps all currencies
