Plus September was a really stressful month at work with lots of OT and just wasn't up to my regular workout schedule- working til 7 or 8 pm, THEN working out? Just wasn't happening! My work schedule is much better now, but I've been having a hard time getting that routine back. I'm working on it though! As for you.......
