Depends on who you ask. Making small expensive items "too big to shoplift" is usually the goal.
That's where the super big CD packaging came from.

Is that the one from HomeHardware - the Package Cutter Safe Cut? That comes in that same plastic packaging that you need the Package Cutter Safe Cut to open?
