Icon134 0 #1 November 9, 2005 I have a Bevsuit RW jump suit that I don't use for RW any more. I would like to get it modified to add wings so that it can be used as a camera suit. I sent and email to the manufacturer a while ago and never heard back (I'm not faulting them for it... I'm sure they're busy and I'm not a sales rep or anything) I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to modify a RW suit (w/booties) by adding wings and use it as a camera suit? I'd ask the rigger/sales rep I bought it from about it but they're in GA and I'm in Ohio now... Any thoughts? ScottLivin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... skybytch 273 #2 November 9, 2005 It's possible. Whether it's cost effective or not is another issue.

skybytch 273 #4 November 9, 2005 I'd suggest giving Bev a call and see what she says. It is a pretty easy mod actually. -- Jeff My Skydiving History
 velvetjo 0 #8 November 12, 2005 BevSuits did a great job of this exact mod for me about a year ago. They converted my RW suit with booties (with afterburners) and camera wings, plus they added an outside pocket that I requested. Looks & flies great! (Thanks, for the suggestion lisa...) She can do the modification and it cost about $75... which isn't bad... now I just have to figure out which size wings and if I want to make any other mods... Thanks, ScottLivin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...
 Join the conversation You can post now and register later.
