SansSuit 1 #1 October 14, 2008 Billy Mays is back at it. This time he is hawking a product called "Might Mendit" which is some kind of fabric glue. In the commercial https://www.mightymendit.com he mends a parachute and then shows it being jumped. Anybody have details on this particular jump? I am especially curious why the deployment shows a freebag. I didn't take the time to Zapruder the clip but it looks like the jumper lands the canopy (without a pilot chute) with normal gear. Have any ideas? Peace, -Jeff.Peace, -Dawson. http://www.SansSuit.com The Society for the Advancement of Naked Skydiving
iluvtofly 0 #2 October 14, 2008 Definitely was a freebag. Also, the clip of them using it on the canopy was pretty short but it almost looked to me like they just closed one cell on the nose. Though I very well could be wrong on that.

Misternatural 0 #5 December 3, 2008 Sorry I'm late but the mighty mendit commercial just made it up to the Northeast, I guess up here people still sew ripped flags -"It has the strength- to withstand- storm force winds...AMAZING!!!" BWAHAHAHAHAHAA! his voice is a freekin storm force wind. As for the canopy repair segment... again...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!-he has another commercial for health insurance.... it's a fucking conspiracy.
