The ones that kill me are the ones that:

1) Require you to exit left in order to go right, or exit right in order to go left, or;

2) If you have two exit lanes on the right, the right one goes left, and the left one goes right.

Houston is good at this kind of stupid design.

It causes people to make last-second lane changes when they realize they're about to go the wrong way, and that leads to accidents.
