Watching it again for the first time in 30+ years. SAw it first as a little kid when it just came out in '72 or so. Awesome film, even though it's a bit dated now.

I have always thought of the film THE ENDLESS SUMMER as being one of the all-time great films.

After Steve McQueen saw it, he talked Bruce Brown into doing a similar film only about motorcycles; i.e., ON ANY SUNDAY.

Haven't seen Endless Summer (as far as I can remember), but will watch it.

Check out "Riding Giants" for a good big wave surfing documentary.

That movie features one of the legends of
trials riding, Malcolm Smith. Amazing.

About a year ago, I saw him in an interview about a Baja style race that he was in. He must be in his 70s by now.
