BillyVance 35 #2 December 6, 2008 Army has sucked at football for a long time. Good job Navy though... One more hour before the big showdown between Alabama and Florida starts! N...A...V...Y...Gooooo Navy! When I was a kid we lived on the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in the married officers' quarters. We'd walk to the old stadium for the Army/Navy game. Later we would drive to town for it. I'd guess I have been to ten A/N games. It was always a highlight of the year. Always great to hear Navy win! jon
nanook 1 #5 December 7, 2008 It's going to be so hard (tee hee..) to go to the TOC and not gloat. I'm extremely outnumbered about 500 to 1 here, but those Army beat Navy commercials on AFN was way too much. Plus, me and some army buddies are still playing the long "what's better, Army or Navy life?" debate thats been dragging on for several months now. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
