Muenkel 0 #1 December 6, 2008 All my life, I have been a thin guy. At most I was 10lbs. overweight at times. Since my accident 5 years ago I was forced into a sedentary lifestyle and ballooned up to 234. I'm only 5'7" tall. I never wanted to admit it here as I was ashamed and disgusted with myself. I finally took action and joined Weight Watchers this past Feb. 1st. I'm proud to say that I am now a very healthy 158. I have to admit that at times WW was a bitch, but if you persevere; it really works. I post this to encourage anyone out there who is struggling with extra weight. Losing weight is NOT impossible. I'm living proof. This has been a public service announcement.Best of health everyone, Chris

Muenkel 0 #3 December 6, 2008 Thanks pal. I made it through Thanksgiving without gaining, so I hope to have the same success during the Christmas Holidays. If I do gain, I now know how to take it off. BTW, I've been feeling pretty good lately. Thanks for asking. I hope you and the Mrs. are doing well also. _________________________________________ Chris
