There's 76lbs. less of me!

Recommended Posts

All my life, I have been a thin guy. At most I was 10lbs. overweight at times. Since my accident 5 years ago I was forced into a sedentary lifestyle and ballooned up to 234. I'm only 5'7" tall.:o I never wanted to admit it here as I was ashamed and disgusted with myself.

I finally took action and joined Weight Watchers this past Feb. 1st. I'm proud to say that I am now a very healthy 158.:)

I have to admit that at times WW was a bitch, but if you persevere; it really works.

I post this to encourage anyone out there who is struggling with extra weight. Losing weight is NOT impossible. I'm living proof.

This has been a public service announcement.:)
Best of health everyone,
Chris

B|Well done you - great job mate.

I've a a couple of Kgs to loose too - not the best time of year, what with all the Christmas goodies in the pantry!!

We hope that you're feeling well.

Thanks pal. I made it through Thanksgiving without gaining, so I hope to have the same success during the Christmas Holidays. If I do gain, I now know how to take it off.

BTW, I've been feeling pretty good lately. Thanks for asking. I hope you and the Mrs. are doing well also.

That's wonderful! I hope that your new 158-lb lifestyle makes it reasonably easy to keep it that way...

as I look down at my buddah belly, I am renewed in the faith that it can be gone. What a true inspiration you are Mr! I have missed you, and I am so proud of you. I am going to do 50 jumping jacks to celebrate!:D-Suzanne

You're so full of shit, you could have done that with one good laxative.

Good going.....that shows some perseverance.......not that that's anything new from you.

Maybe Carrie will give you a tumble now (....'cause I'm sure that was the only thing holding her back.....). :P
