Leave for the airport in about 6 hours, fly to Kuwait, Frankfurt, JFK then home to Albany… about 26 hours of travelling all told, but worth every second!!! gonzalesna 1 #3 December 17, 2008 I was planning on it, but Uncle Sam still owes me my reenlistment bonus. I've been told 2-3 days 4 times in the past month. My reenlistment paperwork stated "upon completion of EOD School" for when I was owed my bonus. It's been almost 3 months now. I was gonna use my bonus $ to get my plane ticket. As of right now, it looks like I'm staying local. I'm considering seeing a military lawyer in regards to this whole headache because it falls under failure to follow contract. Dispersing never hesitates a second when you owe them money, but when they owe you, who knows when you're gonna get it.Some people refrain from beating a dead horse.
