Any Fucker who fails to meet the above requirements must first make a hump with an appropriately rated instructor. A hump made with a humpmaster must be denoted as such by an italicized numeral in position one of the weekend numbers annotation, e.g. 1:3:0It's called the Hillbilly Hop N Pop dude.
