Whether I ask to answer as to learn has my phantom Kevlar reinforcing bands?
I can not find in internet service bulletins concerning it canopies,
Sent the letter to the manufacturer, but the answer has not waited

Installation of Kevlar reinforcing bands should be written on Phantom reserve packing data card. Remember that the card is supposed to stay with the reserve canopy, even when it is packed into a different container

Here is a list of Phantom Service Bulletins that I found on the Australian Parachute Federation's website:

Also remember that ripcord pins (sold by National) should also be inspected under Capewell Service Bulletin CW03-01 to ensure that they are not cracked.
After about 1986, the narrower diaper (Service Bulletin 305A) became standard on new production Phantoms, so will not be written on reserve packing data cards.
Similarly, Kevlar reinforcing bands (Service Bulletin 315A) became standard on new production Phantoms in the late 1980s.

Who was the actual manufacturer and the date it was made?

Several lofts were licensed to make the Plant 'em 24...I may have worked on yours.
