aesalon 0 #1 January 7, 2009 just wondering how most of you spend your time in the winter while you aren't falling out of the sky. remember, it's how you spend your time, not how you wish you were spending your time! multiple answers allowed. i myself like to multi-task, especially when it comes to the eating and screwing. and no I don't mean I like to eat bacon and eggs off my girlfriend's belly. Icon134 0 #2 January 7, 2009 I've also started riding my bike on an indoor trainer... (perhaps one of these days I'll actually try rollers but I'm not ready to give that a go yet...) I also have a rowing machine and have been known to spend long hours on that in the past years. I have also entertained myself with indoor climbing... and various attempts at photographic exploration around the house or otherwise...Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... millertime24 8 #3 January 7, 2009 Where's the options for "Wind tunnel" and "traveling to other dz's"? There's a dz 6hrs from where I live that jumps year round.Muff #5048
LaRusic 0 #4 January 7, 2009 i scuba dive in the winter, skydiving takes up too much time to do it in the summer hahaThe Altitude above you, the runway behind you, and the fuel not in the plane are totally worthless Dudeist Skydiver #
pinkfairy 0 #5 January 7, 2009 I read my favourite polar exploration books, try to learn how to drive a car, eat, surf the web and work out. I also try to get some jumps every month, there's a small dz two hours from where I live where I can jump out of a c-182. It's good to keep current and meet some sane and normal people who like to hang on the outside of airplanes by their fingers and toes.Relax, you can die if you mess up, but it will probably not be by bullet. I'm a BIG, TOUGH BIGWAY FORMATION SKYDIVER! What are you?
