Correction: "Dr. made a substantial deposit with the trust recipient and manager. It turned out to be a bad investment. The Dr. is suing the trust recipient and manager. Dr. is asking the court for restitution of his initial investment plus punitive damages to the trust fund manager. The Dr. is also asking for a bailout since he was the trust fund manager's preferred Sperm Bank. Update: The trust fund recipient and manager through her attorney has filed a counter-lawsuit claiming that the fund trust recipient and manager has always been a member of the canine anthropological branch. As such the recipient claims the liver was donated as food to the recipient and the claimant is only entitled to the by product fecal matter of the donation.
