quade 4 #2 January 15, 2009 This is among one of the first magic tricks a kid ever learns. It's called a thumb tip and she's actually performing it horribly. She certainly doesn't have to since she also has found a naturally occurring misdirect, but I guess she's pretty uncomfortable with that at the start of the routine, so falls back on all that hand waving.
