( or any of the other Irwin Allen series back then) ITs interesting where those actors went through their carrers. Ahhh Robbie.. I LOVE classic Sci Fi movies. I remember going to the Sat matinee's where a double feature was a dime ( YES I am old) I have Forbidden Planet in my collection.. in Beta, VHS, Laserdisc and DVD Robby in "Forbidden Planet", was not the same robot as the one in "Lost In Space". There were two different robot suits that showed up in '50's and '60s TV shows and movies, (see attachments). Amazing how alien robot technology was so similar to earth robot technology. (Also, I think Gort was related to KITT somehow.)
