Here in FL, our construction jobs start that early too so the crews can take advantage of the cooler temperatures. He made the video at 7:30, I read that the city allows work to commence at 7:00. My apartment was great until they started building the Carter Center literally right outside my window. Nothing like getting home work at 3am and then getting woke up 4 hours later when the bulldozers start outside your window. Since the construction project was scheduled to take two years, I ended up having to move once my lease was finally up. Still spent months trying to live on 3 to 4 hours sleep a night. Likely went to sleep at 5 am. and has too little to stay busy with... Its saturday morning, no one on the crew wanted to be working (roofing) so we start drinking (yeah I know I know) and get this great idea to call and complainAbout 30 minutes later we see a cop car pull up to the project down the hill, then the next one, and so on until he gets to us and tells us someone complained and we had to pack it up and leave.
